Annual favourites including wood crafts, Christmas ornaments, butter tarts, fudge, blankets and jewellery, will be joined by new offerings such as pottery, homemade body products, charcuterie boards, and glass jar crafts. When you need to re-fuel to continue shopping, there will be a food booth on-site, operated by the Sombra Optimist Club, so that you can enjoy a tasty lunch. The Downriver Craft & Gift Sale is Moore Museum’s largest annual fundraiser.  Funds are used to assist the Museum in presenting the exhibits and programs that engage visitors of all ages in learning more about our community’s heritage.

The sale will take place on Sunday, September 15, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Moore Museum is located at 94 Moore Line (corner of Moore Line and Emily Street) in Mooretown, just 25 minutes south of Sarnia.  Admission is just $2 for adults and children under 13 are admitted free when accompanied by an adult.
